How does rate shopping work?
For every label, Boxmile compares hundreds of quotes across carrier services and options, then puts the best value for the parcel’s weight, size and destination first. You can still choose any service.
Which stores and order tools can I connect?
Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify and Temu stores, plus ShipStation. Connect a store or import its order export, and orders arrive in one queue. Orders from order tools such as ShipStation are imported read-only, and Boxmile doesn’t change anything in them.
Is there a software fee?
No. Boxmile is free to use, including advanced inventory when you need it. You pay only for postage, and the final price depends on the service and parcel details.
Can I try Boxmile first?
Not yet. Boxmile is still in development. Send us your volume and we’ll let you know when it opens.
Does Boxmile support Chinese?
Yes. The site and the shipping workspace are available in English and Simplified Chinese.
